Why am I needed to guarantee a lease?

Undorm provides a matchmaking program to pair students in apartments to the next tennant. Current tenants can make up to a half month’s rent if the next lease is facilitated by Undorm.

What are my obligations by guaranteeing a lease?

The biggest obligation is financial-- should the current tenant not pay rent, you would be liable for what is owed. Furthermore, you may also be liable for damage to the unit.
